Terms of Service
1. Who we are
Renoterra ("Renoterra", "we", "us") is operated by SME Market L.L.C-FZ. Questions? Email admin@renoterra.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renoterra website and web application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
2. The Service
Renoterra helps homeowners, designers and contractors visualize renovations, generate renders of their spaces, build mood boards and plan scope of work and costs. Renders are illustrative visualizations, not architectural, engineering or construction drawings.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly at admin@renoterra.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Plans, payments and renewals
- We offer a free tier and paid plans (one-off passes, monthly subscriptions and render top-ups) as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes, including UAE VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Render allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated.
- Refunds: fees are non-refundable except where required by law. For billing questions, email admin@renoterra.com.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos, plans, notes and other material you upload ("Your Content") and of the renders and documents generated for you, subject to any third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display Your Content only to provide and improve the Service. You confirm you have the right to upload Your Content, including photos of properties and any people in them.
6. Acceptable use
You must not: break the law; upload content you have no rights to, or that is unlawful, offensive or infringing; attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Service; resell the Service without our written consent; or use automated means to generate renders outside the normal app.
7. Generated renders and estimates
Renders are produced automatically and may contain inaccuracies. Cost figures are based on information you enter. You are responsible for verifying measurements, quantities, prices, building regulations and permits (including any community, developer or authority approvals in the UAE) with qualified professionals before relying on them.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, add or remove features.
9. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or fail to pay. After closure you may request an export of Your Content within 30 days; after that it may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design and branding belong to Renoterra or its licensors. Except for Your Content, no rights are granted other than the right to use the Service under these Terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions, works or purchases made based on renders or estimates. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
